Get up and running with Unlimited Verifier in less than 2 minutes.
Welcome to Unlimited Verifier. This guide will help you clean your email lists to improve deliverability and protect your sender reputation. Follow these simple steps to verify your first list.
1. Format Your List
Prepare your email list in .csv or .xlsx format.
- We recommend a single column containing just email addresses.
- If your file has multiple columns (e.g., Name, Company), our system will automatically detect the email column.
- Ensure there are no empty rows before the header.
2. Upload & Verify
Navigate to the Dashboard and drag your file into the upload area.
Note: We process lists in parallel using high-reputation proxies.
This checks syntax, domain validity (DNS/MX records), and mailbox existence (SMTP) without sending actual emails to your contacts.
3. Download Results
Once the progress bar hits 100%, your results are ready. You have two download options:
Contains only Valid emails. Safe to import directly into your marketing tools.
Includes all emails with their status (Valid, Invalid, Risky) and detailed reason codes.
