Unlimited Verifier provides email verification services that help you validate email addresses for deliverability. Our service checks email syntax, domain validity, MX records, and mailbox existence.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Verify email addresses for the purpose of sending spam or unsolicited emails
• Engage in any illegal activities or violate any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

• Verify email addresses obtained without proper consent

Credits: Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you verify email addresses.

Purchases: Credit purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

Subscriptions: Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Free Tier: Free accounts receive a limited number of credits per month. Unused free credits do not roll over.

If you use our API, you agree to:

• Keep your API keys secure and confidential
• Not exceed rate limits or abuse the API
• Not share your API keys with unauthorized parties
• Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your API keys

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

While we strive for accuracy, email verification results are provided "as is" without warranties. Email deliverability can change at any time, and we cannot guarantee that verified emails will be deliverable indefinitely.

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Unlimited Verifier and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNLIMITED VERIFIER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unlimited Verifier from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unlimited Verifier operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
